Out of combat, over the course of 5 minutes, this jutsu heals 10 HP. Failure to hit WIS DC results in the loss of half chakra cost. Success of WIS but failure to hit Heal DC results in half HP healed, round up.

D-Rank: Fuuinjutsu, Lesser Observer Seal 25 Chakra Standard Action Effect: Placing this seal on this skin of a target gives the user more detailed information on the target. At D-rank this information includes their chakra level, and their specific location within 100 meters regardless of suppression used. Seal lasts for 12 hours.
D-Rank: Health Drain Standard 30 chakra Must hit a WIS DC of 14 or above. Drains 5 HP from the target over the course of 2 turns, starting with 3 and then 2. Five HP is kept from the target's maximum HP until this seal is dissipated or broken. Seal dissipates in 12 hours. Special: If the target would hit 1 HP with this technique, they pass out.
D-rank: Chakra Drain Standard 20 chakra Must hit a WIS DC of 12 or above. Drains 40 chakra from the target over the course of 2 turns. Must be placed with skin contact. Seal disperses automatically once 40 chakra has been absorbed.
